Our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend created from select vineyards, appellations and clones within the renowned Napa valley. Crafted in a rich, concentrated European style, this wine will pair well with flavorful, full-bodied meals and will develop a harmonious smoothness with age. Harvest Date: September 20-October 21, 2009. Cabernet Sauvignon (82%), Petit Verdot (8%), Merlot (5%), Malbec (3%), Cabernet Franc (2%). Sugar at Harvest: 25.6 brix. Acid at Harvest: 0.54 gm/100ml. pH at Harvest: 3.66. Barrels: 24 months, 80% French, 20% American oak, 60% new. Bottling Date: July 26, 2011. Bottle number 810 of 1,249. Alcohol 13.8% by volume.
