High heat 1 minute. Stir-fry marinated beef in hot oil until very lightly browned. Remove from wok with a Slotted spoon, set aside. Heat oil remaining in wok it high heat 1 minute. Stir-fry garlic until golden, 30 seconds. Add seasoning sauce. Stir-fry until sauce thickens slightly. Add cooked beef; mix well. Stir in same oil. Spoon mixture over lettuce leaves. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
